Flights are getting canceled for several days :

Under the terms of the new contract, which will come into force in April, Vistara pilots will now be paid a fixed salary for 40 hours instead of the previous 70 hours.

98 percent pilots signed new contracts :

At the same time, by this weekend all the operations of April will be stable. According to Vistara, there has been no clear increase in the tendency of pilots to leave their jobs due to the new contract. 

At the same time, the situation related to OTP has improved in the last three days. The senior official said the airline is in talks with them to address the concerns and more than 98 percent of the pilots have signed the new contract.
